Meagan fell in love with fitness at a very young age and has carried that enthusiasm with her into adulthood. She's been working out CrossFit-style for over 10 years with a special interest in barbell work. She also feels strongly about teaching others about what it means taking up space and having confidence in themselves - mind and body!

Meagan graduated from IU and currently lives in Bloomington with her husband and three dogs. She spends most of her time outside hiking, biking, and of course at FHF. She is certified in Burgener Strength Weightlifting Level 1, and recently started the SPARK Classes offered 5 days a week. SPARK classes are high-energy, boot-camp style workouts that focus on conditioning and core strengthening without the barbells or advanced gymnastic movements often found in typical Full House classes.

Andrea opened Full House in 2017, and has created this special fit fam community that many of us call our home away from home. She takes special care to foster an inclusive, empowering, welcoming community in the gym and every day life.

Fitness and exercise have always been part of her life. She played softball and volleyball growing up, and at age 15 found boxing - where she went on to win a Junior Olympics title and became a two-time Golden Glove State Champion. It wasn’t until 2011 she found and fell in love with functional fitness.

In the time she’s not coaching classes or private clients, you can find her in the front row of her kids’ sports & activities, enjoying life with friends & family, traveling when possible, advocating for human rights, and probably dancing her way through it all - and usually with her golden doodle, Dallas, in tow!

Wendy is a lifelong athlete and a career long educator and coach. During the day, she is the Assistant Director at The Center for Research on Learning and Technology at Indiana University School of Education. She was a college softball player, and a former high school softball and basketball coach. Most recently, she was the Bloomington girls’ high school lacrosse coach.

Wendy started CrossFit in 2013 after three decades of endurance running, swimming and biking, and racing in events from 5ks to marathon distance running and sprinting through ½ Ironman triathlons. She joined the Full House coaching team in 2019!

Certifications & Seminars include: USA Weightlifting Level 1, CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Judges Course, CrossFit Spot the Flaw, Indo-Row Certification, Schwinn Indoor Cycling CLASSIC Certification, US Lacrosse Level 2 Coach

Zach started CrossFit in 2018, and joined the Full House Fam about a year later. He recently received his CF-L1 certification, and is excited to put his skills and knowledge to use in class.

When he’s not coaching, you can usually find him in the 5:30pm class, crushing the WOD alongside his favorite human, Cassie. He’s a cat dad, Notre Dame fan, and likes to stay active & in nature during his off time.

Zach is currently coaching the 5 & 6am classes on Tuesday and Friday.

“I started CrossFit and Full House in 2018, and it quickly became party of our normal family routine. I love exposing our kids to this amazing community of athletes. I love that they join us whenever possible.

I got my L1 in 2019, and I love working with new athletes and help them discover all the things they and their bodies can do. I love how accessible the work is.

When we’re not at the gym or at various sports for the kids we love hiking and exploring with our 7 kiddos.”

You can usually find Ashlee and her family in the 6:30pm class, which she coaches twice a week!

Cheyanna found her passion for fitness in the high school weight room, where her favorite specialty was powerlifting. In 2019, she began her journey into CrossFit at Full House Fitness. Over time, she found great joy in getting to coach individuals from all backgrounds and ages. Growing in fitness also meant growing her confidence as well, which is exactly what she wants to instill upon others.

Cheyanna attended Indiana University where she received her Bachelor's of Science in Fitness and Wellness. She recently finishing her Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching Certifications through NASM. Her favorite thing about exercise is getting to push herself and try new things. When she is not working on her certifications, she is training for her next big fitness achievement. She has participated in three local CrossFit Competitions, one Olympic Weightlifting competition, and ran her first two half marathons in 2023.

Cheyanna coaches the Kids FUNctional Movement Class on Wednesdays at 5:30pm.
