  • Individual Memberships

    3x/week* - $115/month

    5x/week* - $140/month

    Student Discount (5x/week) - $499/semester OR $125/month

    Classes are approximately 1 hour and lead by world class trainers with years of experience and knowledge.

    *Completion of the Intro Course is required before joining group classes. Saturday classes do not count against your attendance.

    Designed for ages 7 to 12

    Classes are led by Coach Cheyanna, and include a warm-up, scaleable skill movement, metcon, and game!

  • Spark Classes

    3x/week* - $115/month

    Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5:15 - 6:00pm

    Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:15-8:00am

    These are a scaled version of our normal classes. There are NO BARBELL or advanced gymnastic movements. Let us SPARK your fitness journey!

    *Saturday classes do not count against attendance. Intro Course not required.

  • Sports Performance

    $10/class or $75/month

    Designed for those middle/high school aged athletes that want to stay fit between seasons and improve their overall fitness.

    Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 - 8:15pm

  • Zumba

    Led by Coach Meagan, these fun dance-break classes are open to the community, not just Full House Members.

    Sundays at 4pm

    $10/class - cash, check, or venmo!

  • Mobility Class

    Recover from last week, prepare for next week, and prioritize your self care. Join Coach Cheyanna for 45 minutes of stretching and important mobility.

Want to rent out the space for yourself? Full court basketball with your friends; volleyball perhaps or maybe even a wedding venue? We have over 5,000 sq. ft. of open usable air conditioned floor space. Limited availability
